Yes. Everyday workers tap their name and enter a four-digit PIN—no email address or password. The installed app stays signed in and opens on their own jobs, ready for checklists, notes, photos and signatures.
How do managers and company owners sign in securely?
Accounts that control work, settings or people are guided to a passkey first, using Face ID, a fingerprint or the device PIN. Verified email links and configured Google or Microsoft sign-in are available too, with the ordinary PIN kept as a recovery path.
Can one person work with more than one company?
Yes. A verified account can accept membership in several companies and switch between them without signing in again. Each company keeps its own role, branding and job history for that person.
Can contractor work be kept separate?
Yes. Contractor companies and the people doing the work can be recorded separately, so their jobs, hours and completion proof remain clear.
What reports does UPWRKS provide?
UPWRKS reports on completed, overdue, planned and unplanned work, time, breakdowns, equipment history and team workload. Every result links back to the job cards behind it.
Is our job-card data separated from other companies?
